More than 1,000 primary care providers across 65 practices in 16 health systems are Better Health members. The Compare Physicians Report Care publicly reports on the performance of these physician practices across the Northeast of Ohio. Data on practice performance is available for the following quality measures: diabetes – outcomes and care, high blood pressure – care and control, heart failure – evaluation and treatment.
