The MN Nursing Home Report Card includes information about the 365 nursing homes in the state that are certified to participate in the Medical Assistance (MA) program. The report card shows how Minnesota nursing homes scored in a range of quality measures, including quality of care, patient experience, inspections and staffing. Each nursing home is scored from 1 (lowest) through 5 (highest) on each of the measures. Daily prices of care are also included. Comparison of nursing homes based on quality performance is possible.
