Cal Health Find provides health care consumers and providers with information about licensed and certified facilities throughout California, including acute care hospitals, hospice facilities, home health agencies and chronic dialysis clinics. The web site’s content is made available by CDPH’s Center for Health Care Quality and its Licensing and Certification Program (L&C). Information available includes facility ownership, licensing and certification status (acceptance of Medicare and/or Medi-Cal), and performance history (complaints, entity/facility reported incidents, state enforcement actions, and deficiencies identified by L&C staff). Consumers can compare up to three facilities at a time.
