• Hospital Price Disclosure Act 616 (HB1513) (2007): The act requires the Department of Health and Human Services to provide the Arkansas Hospital Association with data concerning hospital prices for services
• Infection Rate Data Collection and Reporting Act 845 (HB 2735) (2007): The act requires health care facilities to collect data regarding infections arising within a health care facility and authorizes voluntary reports of infection rates. The act also requires the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services to establish an advisory committee to study health care facility infection rates and to propose remedial methods.
