Money.com, formerly Money Magazine, powered a series of lists of best hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers in the United States in a new partnership with The Leapfrog Group.
Money published a series of lists of top-rated health care enterprises with a focus on patient safety and quality of care. Lists were provided by The Leapfrog Group using data from the annual Leapfrog Hospital Survey and Leapfrog Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Survey and other sources Leapfrog’s experts identified. Money’s editorial staff then vetted Leapfrog’s recommendations and published lists of top performers nationally across various categories.
The lists include:
- Best Hospitals
- Best Hospitals for Maternity Care
- Best Hospitals for Pediatrics
- Best Hospitals for Bariatric Surgery
- Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers
- Best Hospitals and Surgery Centers for Billing Ethics
To be considered for Money’s lists, hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers must complete the annual Leapfrog Hospital Survey or Leapfrog ASC Survey.
