Next week, The Leapfrog Group will release their Fall 2022 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grades. The Hospital Safety Grades assign a letter grade (A to F) to all general hospitals across the United States, based on how well they protect patients from errors, injuries, accidents, and infections. This upcoming release, on November 16th, will mark the 10-year anniversary of the Hospital Safety Grade.
