Next month, the County Health Rankings website will be updated with the release of 2022 data complete with new measures. The 2022 Rankings release will include new tools and resources for measuring and building equity in the community.
The County Health Rankings & Roadmaps, a program of the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute, works to improve health outcomes for all and to close the health disparities between those with the most and least opportunities for good health. The annual Rankings provide a revealing snapshot of how health is influenced by where we live, learn, work, and play. They provide a starting point for change in communities.
