Denniston Data Inc. has launched a free consumer portal from its Provider Ranking System (PRS), to help patients select the top doctor for their medical procedures. The Consumer Portal PRS is a detailed resource for identifying and ranking medical providers for each of the services they perform, and is now available with an entire year of national data for free public use.
Denniston Data also provides a subscription based version of Provider Ranking System (PRS) which allows users to search for provider details and provides Provider Ranking, to view provider ranking by HCPCS (Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System) code at a local and national level.
Data is from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (no paid listings), using Medicare claims data to display providers’ practice experiences by specific procedures. Composite Ranking Score by medical speciality and procedure ranking (local and national ranking) along with billing and procedures summary are available for each provider.
