The County Health Rankings & Roadmaps website has been updated with new 2020 data, evidence, and guidance. The release of the national 2020 Key Findings Report will happen at a future date. The annual Rankings provide a revealing snapshot of how health is influenced by where we live, learn, work, and play. The Rankings are based on a model of population health that emphasizes the many factors that, if improved, can help make communities healthier places to live, learn, work and play. By ranking the health of nearly every county in the nation, the County Health Rankings help communities understand what influences how healthy residents are and how long they will live.
