NHS England Releases GP Patient Survey Results

The newly released 2018 GP Patient Survey results shows generally high levels of satisfaction at the NHS’s front line of care. Released by NHS England, the GP Patient Survey results show 93% of patients felt involved in decisions about their care and treatment. 87% felt their healthcare professional was good at treating them. And of everyone who wanted a same day appointment, 66% got one.  But overall experience of GP services appears to be declining. 84% of respondents rated their overall experience of their GP practice as good – down from 85% in 2017 and 86% in 2016.
