UK: Four Health Insurers to Share Safety Data with CQC

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) will work with four health insurers – AXA, BUPA, AVIVA and Vitality – in new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) agreements. These agreements represent a public commitment from the health insurers to share information with CQC about the quality and safety of independent healthcare services. Information to be shared includes patient experience, patient safety and outcomes data.
