Cincinnati.com writes of healthcare price transparency legistation in Ohio, which was to be enforced on January 1, but has not been. The Healthcare Price Transparency Law, which passed two years ago, stipulated that providers had to give patients a “good faith” estimate of what non-emergency services would cost individuals after insurance before they commenced treatment. Opponents to the enforcement of the law have filed a court injunction seeking to delay enactment.
