From the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology: The Hospital Health IT Adoption and Use dashboard now includes 2015 estimates of 20 measures for hospitals in all 50 states and DC. Measures include (1) adoption of electronic health records, (2) rates of hospital exchange of patient health information with other health care providers, (3) the present state of interoperable health information exchange, and current (4) hospital capabilities to provide their patients access to their health information and securely message with their health care provider. Use the dashboard to create choropleth maps of this data across all US states. You can create a state map of each of the twenty measures, saving the map as an image for your use.
