The latest data update to the New York State Home Health and Hospice Care Profile Web site (profiles.health.ny.gov/home_care/index) which included updates to quality data, reporting through September 2012, has been published.
Also included in this data update:
- Updated facilities name, address, counties served, available services, and branches data.
- Added deemed status for two facilities
- Updated LCHSA patient hours, CHHA and LTHHCP visits, and hospice patients served by county
- Updated enforcement actions through March 20, 2012
