The Connecticut Department of Public Health has released its latest Adverse Event Report covering data from 2011. Adverse events reported included the National Quality Forum (NQF) list of Serious Reportable Events, plus several Connecticut-specific events. In January 2013 Connecticut’s list of reportable events will be modified to reflect changes to the National Quality Forum list of Serious Reportable Events, including 4 new categories.
