The New York State Department of Health launched its redeveloped Nursing Homes Profile Web site yesterday. The Nursing Home Website has been updated for greater user accessibility and increases the amount of information available to the public. The release included new report format for the Statement of Deficiencies, as well as improved presentation of search results, to improve user experience. Information on the Nursing Home Profile website will continue to be updated monthly. The monthly data refresh to the site was included in this release, reporting:
* Update to facilities and services information
* Update to inspections and enforcement data through September 2010
* Complaints data updated through September 2010
