The About Health Satisfaction Web site (AboutHealthSatisfaction.org), which utilizes HCAHPS survey results, has been updated with the latest quarterly HCAHPS survey results from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The updated data have been added for the 10 measures for the survey responses from July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008.
This Web site utilizes HCAHPS survey results to assist consumers to make fair and objective comparisons between hospitals, based on patients’ feedback. HCAHPS is the first national, standardized, publicly reported survey of patients’ perspectives of hospital care.
