The Maryland Health Care Commission has published its annual report of managed-care insurers. The expanded report on health plan quality, Measuring the Quality of Maryland Commercial Managed Care Plans: 2008/2009 Health Plan Performance Report, compares the performance of commercial managed care plans operating in Maryland.
The report contains a comparative analysis of clinical and member satisfaction measures for preferred provider organizations (PPOs).
