We have previously covered New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo’s detailed look at how health plans report on physicians, resulting in an agreement from many plans, in and out of New York, committing to abide by standards of measurement and transparency in the way they rank physicians.
This week the NCQA, who are evaluating health plans under the agreement for compliance, published the first report on the plans’ efforts to bring their measurement practices into line.
For now, you can only see CIGNA data, but more are coming, assumedly as soon at they are evaluated.
